Pilates, Yoga & Tai Chi are on a 10 week course and require you to put your name on the course waiting lists. Please contact the Club Reception on 9424130 for information on future courses!

* Pilates and Yoga Classes Are At An Additional Cost - Please Speak to A Member Of The Health & Fitness Team For More Information.

* Rivers Members May Book Up To A Week In Advance For Classes. Guests And People Holding A Free Aerobics Session Card Can Book At Any Time On The Day Of The Class Only.

* We Require At Least 8 Hours Notice Of Cancellation Otherwise There Is A Charge. No Show Or Late Arrival Will Also Be Charged.

* Due To H&S Regulations, Admission To The Class Will Not Be Permitted Once It Has Started.
