NEW
GYM KIT
On the 30th April
2009, Rivers Health & Fitness introduced new Life
Fitness Cardio equipment, new Concept Rowers, new
Spinning Bikes and an extra Dual Adjustable Pulley
into the gym. This was to celebrate our 10th anniversary
and to reward our long standing and loyal members.
We are more than
happy to show people around the club, so if you are
looking to join a gym, or just interested in looking
at the new range of Life Fitness Equipment, please
give the club a call or just pop down and see us.
Royal
Beauty
We are proud to
announce that our Beauty room has been taken over
by Royal Beauty. Royal Beauty is run bu Lisa Gorman,
who has over 8 years experience and has spent most
of her time working at Nirvana. Lisa has now decided
to venture out on her own and start up Royal Beauty.

Prozone
The Prozone Arena is now being booked by many of you,
however there are still slots available for booking.
Pitch fees are payable on booking, but if you block
book you have the facility to pay on the day prior
to playing. The pitch costs £30 an hour for
non members & £25 an hour for members during
peak times, and £15 an hour off peak for members
and non members alike.
Off-Peak Changes
Due
to usage levels and facility bookings on Fridays,we
have decided to change off peak hours to include all
day on a Friday. This means that you can use the gym
from 6.30 am - 10.00pm and book squash and tennis
for free! We hope that this will enable our off peak
members an extra opportunity to use the club's facilities
during the week.
